- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)

- Manage and maintain current and new customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing assistance and information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, striving to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer problems and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing shipment quotes for customers, considering their unique requirements and providing competitive pricing.
- Coordinate shipments as required by customers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, warehouse, and sales, to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- A minimum of ITE or a Diploma in a relevant field.
- 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while addressing customer concerns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and industry practices is advantageous.
