Key responsibilities:· To have the overall responsibility for the practical organization of the day-to-day cleaning operation,· In consultation with the Area Manager, to identify the number of cleaning staff required to maintain a clean teaching environmentwithin the set annual budget,· To maintain a flexible daily cleaning schedule of all internal areas,· Check daily that all areas of the site are cleaned to a satisfactory standard and daily cleaning logs are completed foreach work section,· Maintain cleaning staff attendance logs and timesheets,· To be responsible for the day-to-day personnel management of the cleaning staff,· Identify formal and informal training needs for all cleaning staff,· To ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed.About you:· Experienced cleaner with previous supervisory experience· Basic computer skills preferred· Good communication skills· Pro-activity in role important· Good time keeping· Be able to work alone or as part of a team· Basic Health and Safety understanding· Flexible approach· Driving LicenseAhead of being contacted by our Talent Team in relation to your application, we would like to inform you that you will need to provide the following documents if you successfully obtain a position with us:
