- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network with potential clients and build relationships within the industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the exhibition industry trends, key players, and market dynamics is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
