Together, we are driving progress forward in a#OGJSROLE PURPOSESupport and maintenance of the Fleet Personnel ToolsTechnical and Functional point of contact for the business related to processes managed through Fleet Personnel ToolsWork closely with other subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.Support system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.ROLE DESCRIPTIONFunctional End user support: understand tool functionalities and processes managed in the tool, propose solutions and actions, communicate to End Users on progressFollow up on user Tickets: through ServiceNow and (if applicable) internal trackerManage access to the Fleet Personnel Tools: user lists, accesses, and permissionsSupport on End User familiarization trainingSupport the Fleet Personnel Process and Tools team on the creation of learning material for the Fleet Personnel ToolsManage updates/configuration of the Crew Management ToolTool related communications: communication to End Users on tool maintenance or updatesSupport the Digital Fleet Personnel Analyst with technical integration to other applications, in collaboration with ITSupport end users through technical enhancements developments, testing, and implementationPropose solutions/reviews to existing (crewing) processesROLE REQUIRIMENTSPrevious successful experience with End User support, preferably related to HRIS / Crew Management ToolsProven trouble shooting capabilities and problem-solving mindsetAble to work in an environment with frequent changes to tasks and prioritiesAble to effectively communicate with stakeholders in different layers of the organizationKnowledge of crewing operational processes and practices is a plusFluent EnglishGENERAL INFORMATIONSBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company that is headquartered in Amsterdam.
