- Owning & leading execution of the Consumer Engagement & Marketing strategy to bring brand equity to life and drive brand presence, awareness, engagement, conversion, and advocacy with consumers in the EMEA region across all touchpoints.
- Leading voice for EMEA regional needs with global counterparts and stakeholders
- Leading & aligning EMEA markets with regional strategy and vision (including integrated pull-push strategy and 360 marketing programs)
- Own the A&P budgets based on the regional brand strategy and key priorities
- Foster a strong marketing community with Regional, Global and Affiliate
- Lead regular sharing & connect session among consumer marketing communities
- Manage efficient communication & information sharing from Global to Affiliates
- Analyzing and approving social posts from 19 different markets
- Reviewing translations and communication by markets are on brand & images are appropriate to the campaign of the moment
- Lead and own the building of a weekly PR report to be shared with regional team and upper management
- Assist to the development of the consumer marketing strategy across POEM. Working to identify need gaps/ opportunities for new launches, consumer & influencer events
- Support in development of 360 Consumer Marketing calendar for the Region with Regional PMM, identifying go-to-market program priorities and opportunities against hero pillars
- Ensure success of JML 360 marketing performance in EMEA through calendar alignment, active listening, and proactivity.
- Assist in development and follow up of global brief for key regional programs (key launches, occasions, re-support and always-on) to guide program support development
- Partner with cross function team (Product Marketing, Education, VMD) and corporate counterparts (Online, CRM, Product Marketing, Insights) to ensure campaign support & budget sufficiency for the markets
- Work closely with Product Marketing to drive global processes and seek opportunities for continual improvement
- Understand and capture Affiliate needs base on attendance of weekly and biweekly status calls.
- Support the collection of data from companywide software and tools. Analyze results and support in building reports to share across teams and contribute in strategic planning & opportunities, including, but not limited to:
- Prepare regular updates to Regional and Global teams on the influencer and consumer events in region, competitor trends and activities
- Gather market and consumer intelligence on the EMEA marketplace and its key markets
- Work closely with cross function team (Product Marketing, Online, Education, VMD, CRM) to facilitate holistic reporting and reviews
- Ad hoc reporting requests
- Support CMM in preparation of consumer marketing related strategy presentations and materials including twice yearly regional roundtables, global marketing workshops, annual regional strategy, etc.
QualificationsAbout YouAvailable 6 months starting JULY 2024Internship agreement mandatoryMinimum Education Level: University degree, preferably in Marketing related areaMinimum Years and Area of Experience: Working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the cosmetics industry, CPG, luxury retail industries and/or with market/regional exposureRequired Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (Written & Spoken), other EMEA languages is appreciated
- Be well experienced in and passionate about social media, PR, and consumer marketing with industry knowledge a strong plus
- Must have strong organizational skills and a logical mindset to collate plans and content across markets
- Be comfortable reviewing media and earned plans
- Be a self-starter and able to work autonomously, driving momentum on projects & proactively planning future creative activities
- Be a strong collaborator and team player
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle multiple projects and work to tight deadlines while maintaining a superb eye for detail
- Have a service mindset when it comes to supporting affiliate market needs
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well as being an engaging presenter
- Be able to demonstrate excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential)
- Be comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization & able to develop strong working relationships across the corporation
- Have international business/academic background and be able to work in a multi-national environment with strong curiosity to understand different culture
