About the roleWe are looking for an experienced female Aboriginal maternal support worker to join our Alukura Womens Health team.This exciting new position will work in partnership with midwives and supports maternity client engagement to improve maternal and infant outcomes by providing social, emotional and cultural support to women in pregnancy and until six weeks following birth.The Alukura Maternal Support Worker (AMSW) is partnered with a midwife to assist with social aspects of client case management and service engagement across the continuum of maternity care.
