We collaborate closely with our colleagues from DUV Electronics, EUV Electronics, Application Electronics and our external development partners, customers and global suppliers.Your assignmentFor this internship, you are asked to look into ways of downloading and reprogram firmware for ST microcontroller units. This investigation should start from the existing methodology used in ASML for FPGA devices and develop a proof of concept design for a selection of devicesYour ProfileTo be a perfect match for this internship, you:Are a graduating Bachelor's student or Master student in Electrical/Electronical engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.Do you have a good understanding of microcontroller and electrical engineering basics.Are experienced with the programming languages: C(++), VHDL and/or (System)Verilog.Are a critical thinker.Are able to work independently and to communicate in an effective way.​This is a graduating Bachelor or Master internship with a duration of 6 months, for 4-5 days a week, starting as soon as possible.Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of the internship.This position requires access to U.S. controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such U.S. controlled technology prior to beginning work.
