- Support in recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, and assisting in shortlisting and issuing employment contracts.
- Work with hiring managers to coordinate all aspects of the recruiting process for various roles.
- Coordinate and ensure that all pre-onboarding tasks are effectively executed.
- Create and update an onboarding process documentation to guide the onboarding process of new hires.
- Support in onboarding new employees and ensure they have access to the necessary resources and provide a positive day one experience.
- Provide comprehensive Employee Life Cycle Management which includes and is not limited to Pre-boarding (Background checks & pre-employment checks) Onboarding (Setting employees up on the HRIS and Facilitating onboarding sessions), Offboarding (Exit Management)
- Ensure employee records are up to date with the relevant employee documentation by inputting new hire information and changes in employment status.
- Support in the on-boarding sessions with new hires on the Performance Management system
- Assist with the management and coordinating of the mid-year and annual performance review processes for all staff
- Act as an initial point of contact for a wide range of questions covering topics like benefits, policies, onboarding and People and Culture systems.
- Serve as a touchpoint for ideas and events to foster culture building and assist in coordinating such activities
- Administer and improve employee engagement by coordinating team activities.
- Ensure day-to-day operations of People-related functions are addressed in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner.
- Bachelor's degree in any business or HR related field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality for sensitive People related issues or projects & use judgment to execute duties & responsibilities.
- Ability to work with others & to develop & maintain compatibility among full-time team members, subcontractors, & recipients of assistance.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and interest in continuous improvement of People Operations
- Work independently with initiative to manage high volume workflow with minimal supervision.
- Must exhibit high levels of professionalism, integrity & ethical values at all times.
- Excellent written, oral & interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to plan & prioritize own work under tight deadlines, as well as to work on own initiative & as a member of a team.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- An agile trainer capable of training and being trained and is very resilient and flexible.
- Proficiency in automation systems like GSuite and MS Office.
