Main missions:Anchors design for various mooring systems (FPSOs, CALM buoys, Windfloaters /driven piles/suction caissons/grouted piles/drag anchors) with semi-empirical or numerical tools (Plaxis 3D, GRL_Wheap, Opile, VHM_caisson e.g.), subcontractor's follow-up, Geophysical/Geotechnical surveys preparation, supervision and attendance on some instances, soil reports reviews.
Job requirements
School/studies/degree:Geotechnical MsC or equivalent with relevant experience on offshore anchors for permanent mooring systems.Experience:- 5+- Exposition to offshore surveys/installation aspects is a plus, the main requirement remaining anchors design.Specific skills / expertise / product:Software: Plaxis 3D, GRL_Wheap, Opile, VHM_caissonProducts: FPSOs, CALM buoys, Windfloaters /driven piles/suction caissons/grouted piles/drag anchors
