- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing within a fintech or related industry, with a focus on growth marketing.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth through marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including paid advertising, content marketing, social media, and SEO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize performance of digital marketing channels
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Guide paid efforts across channels, balancing growth and ad spend.
- Build and manage a high-performance marketing team.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer support, to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage Ad partnerships and collaborations with other companies to drive growth and expand the company's reach.
- Develop and implement brand messaging and positioning strategies.
