We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Tenancy Solutions Caseworker to join our team.In this role you will be providing a specialist tenancy solutions service within the communities’ team that focusses on early intervention, regular contact, positive interventions, making a difference to our customers and communities.The personDo you have a detailed understanding of operational housing law and ASB, and neighbourhoods and community agenda?Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role and excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, and decision-making skills?Have you got strong interviewing skills, able to review reports, interpret and corroborate information, with an excellent attention to detail?Are you well organised, able to prioritise and manage competing priorities delivering work to agreed deadlines and standards?
