What You'll Do:As a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Criteo Cares Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to support the DEI & Criteo Cares team (employee engagement program) in developing and implementing initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization and ensuring the animation of the community groups (Employee resource groups). You will work closely with the DEI team to learn about best practices and strategies for creating a more inclusive workplace, and you will have the chance to contribute to important projects that positively impact the organization's culture and practices.Key Responsibilities:INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & EVENTS
  • Creating the SharePoint pages for the Criteo Cares Community Groups celebrations (International Women’s Day, Earth Day, etc.),
  • Creating short videos/clips to promote past events (internal and external use) like International Women’s Day, Earth Day, etc.
  • Editing event replays
  • Supporting community leaders and program managers in their community group animation,
  • Sharing the latest updates and external resources, providing the DEI team with content and external resources to be promoted internally,
  • Managing the editorial Slack calendar and writing the Slack copies for the DEI team,
  • Monitoring Slack channels to ensure employee questions and comments are actioned by the right stakeholder,
  • Finding fun ways to engage the employees within the community groups' Slack channels,
INTERNAL VIRTUAL EVENTS (LOGISTICS AND COMMUNICATION)
  • Managing the logistics of DEI and Criteo Cares virtual events and activities,
  • Creating Outlook invites,
  • Creating assets for events (one pager, brief, poster, etc.),
  • Scheduling Slack messages for key events
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
  • Supporting the Program Manager in Social media management
  • Creating the copies and liaising with the Social Media Team and DEI team
  • Creating the images/videos clips for social media
  • Drafting messages for Social Media purposes
VOLUNTEERING EVENTS
  • Managing the logistics to strengthen engagement towards our volunteering platform
  • Keeping the platform alive by adding non-profits, activities, challenges, and events
  • Supporting the Criteo teams for their volunteer missions (solidarity team buildings)
EDITORIAL & CREATION CONTENT
  • Updating the DEI SharePoint pages and decks with relevant information, policies, quarterly DEI numbers
  • Creating PPT Presentations for DEI workshops
  • Supporting the DEI team in the creation of content for awards/recognition processes
Who You Are:
  • Full-time apprenticeship from September (please specify your work-study schedule in your CV),
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or Communication school or equivalent,
  • Fluent or native English (At Criteo, English is our working language), French is a plus but isn’t mandatory,
  • Proficiency in Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Suite
  • Interest in video creation (i.e. PlayPlay),
  • You can take initiative and be autonomous on various tasks,
  • You demonstrate creativity, energy, empathy, and enthusiasm,
  • You are organized and extremely diligent,
  • You love to communicate, and you have excellent written communication skills,
  • You have a passion for DEI/CSR topics, open-mindedness, social commitment,
  • You’re a ‘can do’ person, flexible and prepared to roll up your sleeves and join in for project preparation, onsite operations management, and after projects closing.
