Commissioning Project Manager

• IBN management at customer site and subsequent on-site presence
• Actively coordinating customer activities in line with internal activities, ensuring schedule adherence, and managing claims if necessary
• Engaging and communicating with stakeholders at various levels, including management, both internally and externally
• Managing and coordinating diverse teams during the commissioning of complex filling lines, with support from the technical department in Germany
• Creating and monitoring schedules, taking corrective actions to ensure project completion within specified timeframes
• Serving as the interface between various specialist departments, particularly with the engineering department in Germany
• Planning and executing re-installation, commissioning, acceptance (SAT), training, and production ramp-up of integrated lines at customer sites
• Leading and coordinating commissioning teams from various Optima sites at customer locations
• Leading, planning, and reporting on outstanding issues
• Serving as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) on-site

• Efficient management of new installations and commissioning of complex machinery
• Competent on-site customer support, providing assistance in the local language and time zone
• Establishing trust and fostering customer loyalty through local presence
• Assisting personnel in Germany, particularly Project Managers, to alleviate workload
• Direct leadership from Germany

• Minimum experience requirements: Experience in project management, commissioning, and machine start-up. Preferably, experience in the pharmaceutical and/or construction industries.
• Minimum education requirements: Completed engineering studies or technician certification in mechatronics, automation technology, mechanical engineering, or pharmaceutical technology.

• Willingness to travel constantly.
• Experience in scheduling and leading teams.
• Good understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drives, as well as automation technology
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility.
• Leadership qualities such as resilience, patience, emotional intelligence, constructiveness, solution orientation, passion, and sense of responsibility are highly advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
