This includes contributing to Aggreko energy transition strategy by developing energy efficient applications and promoting low emissions solutions.Why Aggreko? Here are some of the perks and rewards.Competitive compensation package: 150K Ron/ year + Annual BonusCompany paid medical services subscription, both for employee and family membersLife & Risk insuranceEmployee Assistance Programme for employees and loved onesWork from Home Policy (up to 4 days per month)Company carCompany provided laptop, cell phoneWhat you’ll do:Works closely with SME’s and Project Engineers to ensure that project application design is accurate and fit for purpose according to customer requirements.Ensures the adherence of all project designs to the relevant quality, safety, environmental and legalisation standards;Analysis of client system load profiles and electrical plant characteristics to determine sizing of power generation packages;Analysis and interpretation of electrical drawings to determine parameters for safe and efficient connection of power packages to customers’ electrical distribution systems;Perform electrical fault level calculations and protection studies for MV/HV;Compilation of engineering design reports for submission to clients and management;Liaise with client’s technical staff and visit potential job sites, as required, to verify project needs;Preparation of Project Design Pack documentation (technical reports, calculation briefs, scope of work, distribution schemes, single line diagrams, lists of quantities, specifications, documentation of approvals, etc) for inclusion in sales proposals and project contractual documentation;Compilation of electrical and mechanical systems schematic drawings using CAD or other electrical design tools;Specification and procurement of engineering equipment;Advise Sales team on project specific design issues and propose engineering solutions;Gives engineering assistance as required to Operational Projects;Capture projects lessons learned to contribute to Operations excellence;By example, set the highest possible standards in promotion of HS&E culture, ensuring compliance with Aggreko QHSE policy;Participate to regional initiatives and technical capabilities improvement to assist with achieving business targets;Support Aggreko sector specialization approach by contributing to sectors regulatory watch and technical/technological transformation mapping.You’ll have the following skills and experience:Mandatory - University graduate in technical studies: Electrical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in project coordination and electrical systems designs;Strong technical background in power generation, load banks, transformers, MV&LV electrical distribution, electrical diagrams, protection systems, protection calculations;Experience in electrical design and the use of specific tools (eg AUTOCAD, Eplan, etc);Preferably to have operational and commissioning MV/HV experience and knowledge, isolation techniques, switching plans;Ability to perform in a demanding and fast-pacing environment with a proven track record of working under pressure without close supervision;Ability to lead small projects delivery with cross-functional teams and within matrix organization;English - intermediate level (written and spoken);Driving license - category B - mandatory requirement (25% field activity).Willing to travel on request (in the country / abroad) - the role requires field activity - approx.. 25%Kindly note that we accept applications coming only from within Romania, as the role holder must have a deep understanding of the National Energy Regulatory Authority.
