- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress in line with CACI project management methodology
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Work as part of the Compliance team to stay abreast of regulatory changes and trends within the industry
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure that all projects comply with the necessary regulations and standards
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including compliance reports and audits
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners
- Engage with and keep up to date CACI's Project Management team on the status of projects and material issues / blockers
- Schedule and lead project meetings to report on progress, risks, and solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Perform risk management analysis to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Proven working experience (+5 years) in project management, preferably in a regulatory or compliance project environment
- Experience of working with multiple new and legacy systems
- Strong knowledge of and ability to interpret legal and regulatory text into usable operational steps
- Exceptional presentation skills to all stakeholder (Board, intra group and across a variety functions)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II Certificate
- Certified Regulatory Compliance - Compliance Institute (LCOI Preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure
