- You will take ownership of a designated set of end-user accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and leverage Broadcom's solutions to maximize value.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive upsell within existing accounts and secure net new logo acquisitions. Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through effective account management and proactive sales initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, prospecting and engaging potential clients. Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Broadcom's product portfolio and stay informed about industry trends. Position Broadcom's solutions as the ideal choice to address the unique cybersecurity challenges faced by clients.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, along with regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach.
- Work closely with the Partner community in Ireland to drive sales among their customer base and ensure Broadcom is front of mind in their security conversations
- You have experience in a similar position within end-user support, working with technologies, such as cybersecurity.
- Can build and develop strategic business relationships.
- You have interacted with high-level stakeholders from large accounts in Ireland
- Strong knowledge of the market, and a good understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel.
- Effective communication with people at all levels.
- Fluency in English.
