- Main POC for the T2100 framework, to provide support, resolve queries
- Strengthen and develop a robust supply chain
- Ensuring internal spend compliance
- Sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
- Conducting tender processes
- Commodity research and spend analysis
- Supplier meetings and engagement
- Attending Project Meetings and providing procurement updates
- Creation of Supply Chain Strategies and obtaining approval
- Management of Procurement Schedules
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Identifying key trends or opportunities for cost reduction
- Negotiating discounts and savings
- Supplier performance management
- Subcontract supply chain, materials procurement & category management
- Ensuring accurate reporting of savings and value add activities
- Ensuring adherence to procurement processes and procedures
- Knowledge of procurement ERP and e-tendering systems (e.g. Oracle, Jaggaer or similar)
- Working knowledge of subcontract procurement process
- Supply Chain Management experience
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills
- Awareness of commercial contracts
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Construction knowledge desirable
- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
