- Diary management, travel booking and event coordination
- Billing and expense coordination
- File management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing and scanning, management of correspondence
- Client relationship management and administration tasks; working with our Business Development team assisting with client material preparation
- Prepare and amend routine and non-routine documents, correspondence, and presentations
- Any ad hoc duties as required
- Previous experience in a similar position either in a Personal Assistant or Legal Assistant capacity
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experienced managing complex diaries and organising travel
- Able to work autonomously and draft basic correspondence and documents
- Previous experience in monthly billing using relevant financial software preferable
- Tech savvy with a good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Able and willing to use initiative to contribute to overall success of team
