- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
- Coordinate resources, including team members, equipment, and materials, to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Lead cross-functional teams composed of developers, engineers, designers, and other technical staff.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, senior management, and clients.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve conflicts.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Define quality standards and ensure that deliverables meet established criteria.
- Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and quality control processes to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Monitor project expenses and resource utilization to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed
