- Responsible of meeting service level and quality expectations in contract preparation.
- Service times for contract preparation will be 2 hrs after receipt of invoice and 3 days in document follow up and submission to CD.
- Quality of documents should be less than 5% of submitted cases.
- Will be end to end owner of contract preparation.
- Responsible in keeping inventory at acceptable levels.
- Will follow up with Executive, Dealer or client, as needed, to obtain pending requirements.
- Responsible for documenting case status in system.
- Will maintain visibility of cases in inventory.
- Work diligently on returned cases from CD.
- Work closely with Credit Department to complete requirements for case approval.
- Channel all service calls to Customer Service assistants.
- Skills to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure.
- Ability to identify problems, analyze their cause and apply rules to real situations.
- Knowledge of the rules of formality by telephone.
- Excellent willingness to understand clients, be empathetic and explain complex situations.
- Sense of urgency to deal with situations.
- Intermediate domain of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
