On this role you will help to enhance the training department's efficiency by updating training profiles and managing the plant's training matrix. Additionally, you'll facilitate internal events and streamline communication channels within the personnel services area.HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields...
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
