Client Onboarding Specialist

- Conduct personalized onboarding sessions for new clients, including one-on-one and group meetings, primarily through online platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials, such as guides, tutorials, and FAQs, to assist clients in navigating the platform effectively.
- Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding, tailoring the process to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Monitor client progress during the initial phases of their engagement with the platform, offering support and guidance as needed.
- Gather feedback from clients post-onboarding to continuously improve the onboarding process and materials.
- Stay updated on new features and updates to the ArchiPro platform to ensure accurate and current information is shared with clients.
- Host regular webinars or workshops to educate clients on best practices for showcasing their work and engaging with potential customers on ArchiPro.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight successful client onboarding stories and testimonials.
- Proven experience in customer service, onboarding, training, or a related field, preferably within the architecture, design, or construction industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients through various formats.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding sessions simultaneously.
- A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms.
- A team player, eager to collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
