- This includes the following Key Performance Indicators:
- Lead the cross functional team
- Track project the status closely and resolve or mitigate risks
- Work with the cross functional team to ensure the business financials are exceeding baseline
- Conduct the program gate reviews on time
- Report out to the next level manager weekly
- Creating and executing project work plans (Configuration Management Plan) and revisions as appropriate to meet project phase deadlines and changing requirements
- Managing resources in conjunction with horizontal managers, manufacturing and others
- Helping resolve (through experience) day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope
- Effectively managing project risk through mitigation planning using appropriated tools
- Supporting Project team in their monitoring and reports of, timing, income, expense and resource management
- Ensuring less experience team members are utilizing Project Management and all internal methodology
- Preparing for Senior Project Leader and Project Board project reviews and quality assurance procedures
- Ensuring all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Monitor project status (including supplier status) and review Current Model activities with appropriate stakeholder
- Chair Change Control Board
- Additional Functions: consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions
- Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential
- Motivates the entire Project team to work together in the most efficient manner
- Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members and other project teams
- Mitigates team conflict and communication problems
- Encourages “straight talk” among team members

- Degree in Engineering or related area
- Minimum 5 year of experience
- Fluent in English, German will be valuable
- Knowledge of automotive electronic products (preferable condition);
- Strongly driven for results, awareness of market and technology advancements/ commercially aware;
