- We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans.
- This role will provide onsite / on call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Partnering with the local business, global UC, and GIS team and will be heavily involved with identifying, prioritizing, developing, implementing, and managing technology services and digital workspace solutions across regions.
- Lead / coordinate new voice & video infrastructure and applications deployment.
- Ability to lead teams on project implementation is required.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud VolP and video conferencing technologies and products such as Microsoft Teams, Logitech MTR solutions, Poly Teams phone, and AudioCodes SBC
- Experience deploying and supporting video streaming infrastructure and CDN solutions.
- Experience deploying and supporting digital signage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Evaluate new technologies and platforms to determine whether their applicability aligns with the business needs,
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience including workplace / end-user service design and management, commercial digital workplace application (web-based collaboration tools), and equipment.
- Microsoft-certified IP phone deployment and management (Polycom Trio, CCX, AudioCodes, etc.)
- Microsoft Skype / Teams certification is desirable.
