- Manage the clinic with 6/7 employees.
- Build business by identifying and selling prospects as well as maintaining relationships with clients B2C / B2B;
- Identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing prospects and sales options.
- Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and provides recommendations for sound business decision-making and deal closures.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizations’ standards.
- Maintain personal networks updated; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies, among other activities.
- Know the market for doctors and hair treatments very well.
- Reporting to the CEO
- Experience: at least 8 years of strong commercial acumen in Brazil, preferably within the Pharma / Health/ companies;
- Fluent in both oral and written English or Italian. Will be assessed / mandatory.
- Data driven and quick learner, with media skills;
- Strong prospecting, communication, sales and negotiation skills;
- Client relationship.

Compensation package includes an interesting monthly fixed amount + health insurance + annual bonus.
