These transactions and our way of working - teams of lawyers led by highly-experienced partners - helped to change the landscape of the Italian legal market.Job DescriptionWithin our approachable, friendly and team-based way of working, you will advise on market-leading mandates in contentious and non-contentious matters.Our Team works in the antitrust and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) regimes. In particular, we obtain clearances for our clients in the world's most challenging merger control proceedings, acts on the most significant dominance cases, and represents clients on complex multi-jurisdictional cartels. We also help our clients to avoid antitrust issues by developing and implementing sophisticated compliance programs, and we are at the forefront of state aid cases in Europe, delivering a blend of high-quality legal input and pragmatic business-focused advice. In addition, we assist international clients in the FDI submissions before the Italian and Foreign Governments, to obtain clearances.Who you will work withThe Antitrust Team is composed of 6 lawyers who support our clients on their most complex and important antitrust matters across the world with the aim to solve multinational antitrust issues, taking into account the interplay between different practices and rules, and always mindful of the practical implications antitrust issues may have on our clients' business.What you will doYou will be given the chance to handle a variety of work and be involved in working closely with other lawyers.   • You are ideally graduated and enrolled in a Master, with an excellent academic background and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • You are interested in the Antitrust sector and, for this reason, you have excavated the subject during your studies thanks to in-depth study, internship / campus / summer school experiences etc.
  • You will be a self-starter but also a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills, able to lead deals while managing different work-streams.
