- Manage the recruiting process for clinical staff
- Interact with HR department and Scheduling Department to develop a thorough understanding of the current/future business and hiring needs
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies that emphasize building and nurturing candidate pipelines
- Source candidates utilizing all available tools and technologies; this may include networking, referrals, job boards, job postings and direct sourcing
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks to identify qualified candidates who will contribute to the growth of the organization
- Track and analyze relevant talent acquisition metrics
- Stay current on new talent acquisition tools and processes as well as the competitor landscape
- Build external relationships with the ABA Community
- Other related duties as assigned
- Fluent English phone and writing skills
- Great leadership skills
- Very proficient with using web and mobile applications
