Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to identify, define, prioritize, and develop challenging sustainability projects;
Planning and coordinating/ executing cross-functional projects (ensuring deadlines, prioritizing tasks, assigning responsibilities, establishing deliverables, risks, budget, and resource allocation).
Producing executive status updates on project development;
Researching and monitoring trends, regulations, external best practices, and key market developments regarding sustainability and internally challenging the Holding and Businesses;
Researching and identifying partners and solutions that address sustainability challenges, transposing to possible changes at business level activities;
Creatively systematizing acquired knowledge and actively sharing it with the businesses;
Designing and overseeing the sustainability communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including in the field of sustainability (consulting and project management experience is valued);
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, management, economics, or social sciences;
Understanding of sustainability variables (environment, social, governance, management, reporting, etc.) with a critical and demanding mindset, including solid knowledge of sustainability trends and regulations;
Analytical and planning thinking;
Proactive, pursuing objectives autonomously and innovatively;
Creative and innovative spirit to overcome challenges and propose new approaches;
Ability to deal with, influence, and work with different stakeholders;
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), capable of making complex messages accessible;
Proficiency in the English language;
Active use of Excel and PowerPoint

Work Location:Porto or LisbonHybrid mode (following the company policy: 3 days at the office).
