Product Assurance/Quality Assurance Engineer

• Support to Anomaly and Non Compliance management -This task will consist in the following activities:

• Support to EUSPA secretariat of operational Anomaly Review Boards and Service Requirements Non Compliance Management Board
• Escalate anomalies and Non Compliances stemming from operations and with potential impact on EUSPA objectives
• Keep the closure plans and recovery actions under control, ensure flow down to the relevant projects
• Produce Non Compliances and Anomaly trend analysis per segment
• To monitor that AR/NCR actions are solved in the due time according to the Contract (KPI monitoring)

• Support to the Request for Deviations and Waivers management Process. - In particular, the task will consist in the following activities:

• Track the review and approval status of the Request For Deviation and Waiver submitted to EUSPA and ensure that the EUSPA RFx Management process conditions are met at each steps of the RFD/RFW life cycle.
• EUSPA RFD/RFW Status List Control and Maintenance

• Operational Configuration and Asset Management -Contribute to operational Infrastructure Configuration and Asset Management by implementing the following activities:

• Ensuring that the changes between as-design, as-built and as-operated baselines are controlled, recorded and assessed in the proper CCB.
• Evaluating the Operational Infrastructure Changes Request stemming from deployment and maintenance activities
• Review and Update the Configuration Management and Asset Tracking databases as required
• Prepare and participate to configuration and asset inspections as required and produce the inspection report when inspection is under EUSPA responsibility.
• Witness configuration and asset inspection carried on by the contractor on the deployed systems in line with the organization notes and yearly inspection plans.
• Review the Inventories deliveries submitted by the operators/Segment providers.
• Support the Write-off process (e.g. review the requests from WO submitter, consolidate, evaluate, submit to EC, flow down the decisions, track the implementation)
• Support recurrent/ad hoc meetings on Operational Configuration and Asset Management (e.g. review meetings, annual Asset Workshop, …)
• Propose continuous improvement on the processes of the daily activities

• General support to Product Assurance and Quality Assurance -The general PA/QA support consists in the following activities:

• Ensuring that the qualification and approval programmes under EUSPA responsibility are defined, approved, maintained and implemented. This shall be executed in coordination with the review management support
• Establish and maintain an audit plan for procurement and development activities, designating the lower tier suppliers to be audited, the current status and the schedule for auditing
• Ensure the provision of PA contribution to the verification activities in particular by witnessing qualification tests and operational validations, implement the audit plan
• Provide support to the follow-up of lessons learnt stemming for the Service Provision and system exploitation in general
• Contribute to milestone reviews as expert reviewer
• Provide support to the EUSPA quality officers to develop or maintain compliance to quality frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, EC quality framework)
• Contribute to the maintenance and control of the EUSPA PA/QA requirements, plans and statement of compliances
