II. Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements for specific dosage form through all stages of formulation development by implementing regulatory guidelines and adapting to regulatory changes which may happen over the formulation's development tenure
III. Develop innovative platform technology products, delivery devices and packaging solutions based on inputs from relevant cross functional teams
IV. Identify clinical trial labs and drive completion of clinical studies by interacting with clinical labs to achieve a patient compliant product (accountability applicable only for topicals and consumer health team leader)
V. Drive and resolve issues related to manufacturing, analytical and RA and APIs for all manufacturing locations to reduce product cost and streamline processes of existing productsEducation QualificationM.
