- Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices and prepares sales plans, reviews them and proposes recovery plan(s) when needed
- Utilizing IB database to understand the existing installed base (IB) and identifies and develops sales opportunities for service products and solutions to penetrate the existing IB/new IBs in the market
- Generating service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying, and exploring potential new service portfolios
- Establishing long term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations and demonstrating in-depth technical service product / solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM)
- Planning and performing the right number of weekly sales visits, reporting them on CRM
- Charting out and monitoring sales proposals, tenders and follows up proposal statistics
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics or instrumentation engineering.
- Require 3 to 8 years of experience in process industries
- Experience in sales of spares, customer management, stake holder management
- Good experience in metal, oil and gas, chemical, cement, power industries
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
