Transport Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be required to deliver end-to-end professional customer service over the phone and via email. You must be available to work 12 pm-8 pm Monday to Friday.Your duties will include but are not limited to the following.
- Answering email and phone inquiries promptly.
- Utilising Salesforce to manage cases and email queries from clients and customers.
- Consigning and booking pick-ups and deliveries using an in-house transport tool.
- Willing to meet targets and set goals within the customer service space.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and experience working within a team environment. You will have a can-do attitude, be able to perform under high amounts of pressure, and be willing to give it your 100%!Requirements
- Previous work experience in a call centre, customer service or administration role.
- Experience using MS Office applications, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Team player with exposure to working with large operational teams.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to go the extra mile and willingness to commit to your shifts.
- Have a reliable car and driver’s licence, as there is no access to public transport.
