- Generate and follow-up on new business leads from Inside Sales campaigns, references, tradeshows, digital campaigns in the assigned area
- Cold calling and visiting prospects to manage sales stages while tracking sales metrics and meeting revenue targets
- Prepare Service offers liaising internally, cross dept when necessary and directly negotiate Medium, High and Top sales leads,
- Contribute to Customer Segmentation strategy, set the basis for an extraordinary customer experience and engagement
- Support the Inside Sales team with field activity related to the rollout of sales campaigns based on category, service/product mix
- 3 years’ experience in Sales or in Business Development (B2B sector is a plus)
- Knowledge of FMCG, Food Manufacturers, Retail and consumption trends
- Experience in a multinational service company and triggered by KPIs
- Promoting a culture of collaboration, agile, inclusion and diversity.
- Fluent and negotiation skills in English & Italian, another EU language will be a real plus.
- Personal: High standing and communication skills; agile both in organization and learning; influential without authority; tenacious; good listener; relationship builder; team player.
