- Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarks for range expansion opportunities.
- Lead regional technical and operational implementations to improve UX and sales.
- 5 years of proven experience in merchandising, ideally within the food industry
- Extensive experience in developing range plans, setting brand budgets and managing open to buy spend.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with third party partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
