- Manage all „Essential” partners within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with senior sales colleagues to identify and qualify potential sales opportunities within a designated territory/account/partner.
- Assist in contract negotiations under guidance to ensure successful closures.
- Contribute to the development of compelling value propositions and winning strategies for qualified opportunities.
- Assist in creating effective closing plans for deals.
- Provide pricing information and prepare written quotations for customers or partners.
- Punctually support senior sales colleagues during customer visits and presentations.
- Utilize company tools and processes to effectively manage sales opportunities.
- Identify key decision makers, influencers, and stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Develop strategies to influence stakeholders and engage with them appropriately.
- Collaborate with the designated bid team to provide relevant input for company bid review processes.
- Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts and regular updates to line management.
- Adhere to company-defined governance procedures and utilize sales management tools, including the client relationship management (CRM) database.
- Efficiently manage campaigns within assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products, solutions, market trends, and competition.
- · Achievement of team sales targets, measured by sales orders, margin, and total bid expenditure.
- · Availability and accuracy of timely sales forecasts and pipeline information.
- · Compliance with governance processes, ensuring effective campaign management.
- · Delivery of high-quality data, proposals, and pipeline.
- · Win rate improvement through effective sales support.
- · University graduated (or about to graduate within 3 months)
