We continue to strategically expand our global reach with 32 acquisitions since 2012.Come to join Ingram Micro’s Turkey Office and be part of our digital transformation journey!Qualifications:University Degree,Having experience in business development or sales management within the IT industry, preferably with a focus on cyber security,Preferably having previous experience working for an IT distributor,Good reporting and presentation skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Highly motivated to make sales & effective negotiation skills,Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers,Preferably good level of/proficiency in English,No travel restriction.Responsibilities:Responsible from all sales activities,Identifying potential partners & establishing channel structure,Executing sales / marketing strategies with Business Partners,Providing the orders of the responsible brand, applying the pricing, following the targets of sale, stock and profitability,Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers,Driving the sale of products and/or services,Growing profitable sales activities and/or market share of the assigned product or category,Supporting the achievement short-term and long-term sales and market share goals,Creating quarterly and annual sales plans, defining targets.What skills /competencies are required for this position:Passion for business development and continuous improvementExcellent communication skillsCritical problem solver & Curious learnerAdopting one-team approach, able to be a proven teammateWe believe in everyone!Ingram Micro Inc. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
