You will work closely with the branch team to provide agronomic technical advice, products and services that help your clients thrive.ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite agronomic and technical support to clients to recommend appropriate products and services to strengthen their businessAchieve allocated financial objectives and assist with product forecasting and inventory managementPromote branch staff upskilling by providing technical advice and product recommendationsDevelop and foster professional relationships with a targeted group of existing and new clientsIdentify and cultivate new agronomic sales opportunities for prospective and existing clientsMaximise promotional opportunities, including assisting at field days and farmer meetings with demonstrations and trial workAbout youAre comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environmentAre smart, resourceful and able to embrace industry research and new technologyAre passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community – with building and maintaining relationships at the core of your workHave a background in disciplines such as Viticulture, Horticulture, weed control, disease management, chemical application.Have a proven track record in sales and previous experience in an agronomy roleHave an ability to provide high level customer service and cultivate relationships with potential and current growersHave a tertiary qualification in agricultural science or a related fieldThrive in a flexible and agile working environmentAbout Ace Ohlsson & EldersBacked by our team of specialist agronomists located across New South Wales, whether you are looking for agronomy advice, seed supply, custom fertiliser, ag chemicals, animal health products or the tools and supplies to get the job done, you can count on Ace Ohlsson to supply it.Ace Ohlsson, a partner of Elders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
