How? By redefining the standards of space flights through a new access to the stratosphere in 2024, 25km away from Earth
What? develops low carbon space flights in stratospheric balloon. We design the experience of the Overview Effect for voyagers and build the first observation platform 25km away from Earth (15km above the planes)Supported by the French space agency (CNES), Zephalto was launched by in 2017, and our team of 25 already has some great achievements:

Vous rejoignez une équipe de très haut niveau technique et dont l'ambition la pousse vers les étoiles!👩💻 👨💻 Les missions de l'Ingénieur(e) Calcul de StructureProcéder à l'ensemble des calculs de dimensionnement et validation de la structure composite : composite, résine, hublots, nid-d'abeille, thermoplastiques, etc.Modélisation éléments finis d'une capsule aménagée et de l'enveloppe qui la porteSimulations statiques pressions, cas de charge réglementairesCalcul de charges dynamiques, par ex ouverture parachuteParticipation aux essais sol de validation de la structureRecalage des modèles en fonction des essais de coupons ou des essais échelle 1Spécification de tests de couponsRédaction des dossiers de certificationJustification des dérives de fabricationInterface avec fournisseursPossibilité d'intervenir sur d'autres modèles physiques, mécanique du vol, régulation thermique, ...Profil recherché🏅À propos de votre profilExpérience : Vous avez +/= 3 ans d'expérience des calculs de structure composites, analyses des contraintes par plis. Vous avez déjà occupé des fonctions d'ingénieur calcul de structure pour des acteurs de l'aéronautiqueCompétences : Dimensionnement de structure composite. Côté outils, APEX, NASTRAN, CATIA, ... (modélisation éléments finis) ONSHAPE (CAO). Vous avez des connaissances de Python. La connaissance sur les membranes souple est un plus.Langues : Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais (niveau de négociation).Formation: Grande Ecole d'ingénieurEsprit d'équipe : Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière stratégique et en collaboration avec d'autres départements.
