Company Secretary Legal & Compliance Dublin 2

• Carry out end-to-end Company Secretarial services from agenda and board pack circulation to attendance at board meetings, minute taking and ensuring all relevant post board meeting filings are made
• Responsible for a portfolio of clients including all aspects of their statutory compliance requirements, CRO filings and annual returns
• Oversee disclosure and reporting requirements, staying updated on legislative and regulatory developments
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties as required in order to achieve client objectives
• Supervise and assist junior members of the team
• Ad hoc projects as required

• Minimum of 2+ year's relevant experience in a company secretarial role
• Experience working in a law firm
• ICSA qualified
