Supervising the bar areas whilst on shift.
Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests
Preparation of the bar for a successful service
Settling guest accounts
Ensure highest possible standard of hygiene
Promote a dynamic team environment
Ensuring a positive resolution and follow up with any guest complaints
Be pro-active in adhering to Sale of Liquor responsibilities
Maintain a sound knowledge of the hotel's procedures and policies

Requirements:About you | Ko koe tenei

Previous Supervisory experience
An interest in Beverage trends and the curiosity to learn new products
Excellent Communicator with exceptional time management skills
Understanding of Sale of Liquor Act
Fantastic organizational skills
Ability to work both individually and in a team
Flexible to work rostered shifts, including weekends, late nights and public holidays.
Valid Right to Work in NZ
