- Managing a large number of inbound and outbound calls and emails.
- Negotiating and monitoring payment arrangements.
- Assisting with quarterly Collection runs and Annual Invoice runs.
- Investigating and resolving, billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Receipting payments, processing refunds and ensuring accurate record management is maintained at all times.
- Drive the collection of club fees from Members, ensuring collections are made within specified timeframes and meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine interest in helping people.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm to develop new skills.
- 1-2 years' previous experience in collections or financial services, is highly desirable!
- Availability to work rostered hours Monday-Friday between 7am-7pm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure, show initiative, and efficiently manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
