- Lead diverse insights projects, ranging from fundamental consumer research (qualitative and quantitative), through to project-based research (e.g. communications and pack testing) and application of transversal learnings (e.g. brand health, segmentation) to influence key business decisions
- Collaborating with global and local teams, and external agencies (research, strategy and creative agencies) to drive insight into action and foster best practices.
- Elevating the voice of the consumer to shape all aspects of annual brand-planning
- Keep a pulse on consumer and competitor trends that shape brand direction

- With an Master degree in a related field, you have 2-5 years of successful experience in insights, encompassing client-side or agency roles, ideally in the FMCG sector.
- Adept at insights mining and able to turn complex data and multiple sources of information into sharp actionable insights for business impact.
- Excellent project management skills including multi-country, multi-phased projects.
- Confidence in challenging the status quo to drive positive change
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented team player.
- English will be essential to communicate with the rest of the team!
