Coordinate with other departments as required.To prepare and maintain records pertinent to the guests staying in the serviced apartment and ensure that all guests receive prompt, efficient and friendly service.To professionally handle confidential information with a high degree of integrity.Responsible for providing Parkview Tour for Suite guest.Requirements:

Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
A minimum of two-year experience in Front Desk operation.
Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and any other language would be an asset
Neat and well-groomed appearance
Customer focused with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality
Knowledge of Property Management System – Opera
