- Expand our existing customer base
- Create and fulfill annual sales targets
- Implement plans to increase and maintain the company's sales
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Update/Maintain CRM System (SalesForce)
- Weekly/Monthly Reporting
- Consults with potential customer to understand their needs, identifies and suggests equipment, products or services that will meet those needs
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Advise our customers on process engineering issues and create individual cost-effectiveness analyzes for the machines to be sold
- Collaborates with the Regional Manager and other Sales colleagues to develop sales quotas and strategies
- Possession of a Degree in Engineering
- 10 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of sales of highly explainable goods, preferably in flexible packaging equipment (printing, extrusion film, converting, etc.) or similar industries
- Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated expertise in sales
- Experience in modern leadership and management methodologies
- Proficiency in both Korean and English communication
- Experience in CRM System, preferably SalesForce
- Acute analytical and decision-making aptitudes
- A strong passion to learn, grow in dynamic settings
