Join the Maisons Mumm and Perrier-Jouët as Brand Homes Manager in Reims! In a friendly work environment, you will design and develop a strong vision, consistent with brands positioning, for each Brand Homes (Mumm, Perrier-Jouët & Sainte Marguerite en Provence) to ensure attractivity and profitability.Your key missions:You will determine strategic orientation for each House.
  • Define and deploy Brand homes (visitor centers, shops, restaurants, bars & hospitality) vision, ambition and strategy in line with brands and HQ
  • Ensure consistency between Brand Homes sites & equipments and brands image and positioning
  • Benchmark competitors, luxury environment and other hospitality/tourism innovations
You will ensure Brand Homes profitability.
  • Define and implement business opportunities in line with brand ambitions Insure a profitable Brand Homes P&L
  • Manage the improvements required to improve profitability (visitor center & restaurants management)
  • Develop key drivers revenues growth (prospection, business development)
  • Design a CRM programme to ensure data capture and consumer engagement
  • Adapt consumers experiences to each brand compass
You will manage the heritage and historical properties.
  • Manage Capex budget
  • Preserve, strengthen and highlight the heritage of each Houses
  • Digitalize the archives
You will ensure the management of the team
  • Organise and structure the team
  • Ensure fluid planning management
  • Guarantee a high level of engagement, motivation and implication
  • Support team members in their individual development plans and training evolutions

  • You have a Master degree with a 10+ years of proven experience in hospitality / luxury hotels / visitor centers management.
  • You have experience in working with international teams and dealing with different level of stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English
  • Luxury tourism and hospitality environment knowledge
  • Solid project management skills
  • Ability to work transversally
  • Business performance monitoring
  • Outstanding organisational and planning abilities
