- Creating and revising monthly sales budgets for each customer and product line.
- Building forecast reports for sales information, production, and inventory management.
- Establishing a territorial sales call plan to optimize time and money.
- Implementing customer acquisition and retention programs.
- Leading business unit expansion and sales growth in the territory.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a marketing plan for the territory.
- Carrying out specific responsibilities in each step of the sales process
- Achieving consistent growth in sales and gross margin within each assigned key account in accordance with yearly sales budgets.
- Conducting high-level meetings at each layer of the organisation of the customer.
- Build a strong relationship with your customers in each step of sales process.
- Master in Animal Science - nutrition or veterinarian sciences
- 7 years of experience in the industry .
- Time management, prioritization of duties, organization of data, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in managing sales projects to a successful completion.
- Experience as a team player, leader, and motivator.
- A high degree of energy and personal motivation.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office products and database development programs.
- Excellent communication skills to built a long term relationship.
- Good Knowledge of the English language is a must.
- Ability to travel
