- Implementing behaviour management strategies to support students with challenging behaviours.
- Providing one-on-one support and guidance to students to help them overcome behavioural issues and achieve their academic potential.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop individualized behaviour intervention plans.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress and behaviour patterns.
- Assisting in the implementation of school-wide behaviour policies and initiatives.
- Offering support during classroom activities and promoting positive behaviour among students.
- A relevant degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a school setting is highly desirable.
- Training or certification in behaviour management techniques or counselling is an advantage.
- The Right to Work in the UK.
- An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application through us.
- Two professional child-related references.
- An updated CV.
