  • Attain sales targets through effective management of the sales team.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to broaden the company's customer base and enhance its market presence.
  • Lead recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
  • Cultivate enduring customer relationships by collaborating with clients and comprehending their requirements.
  • Deliver comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports along with accurate forecasts to the management.
  • Recognize emerging markets, market trends, and competitive landscapes while staying informed about new products.
Experience requirements
  • At least 8 years' experience as sales in building equipment products or related through modern trade channels
  • Experience in supervise level
  • Exp. in team management
  • Good command in English
  • Able to drive with own car
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Higher in related field
