A new and exciting opportunity for a senior HR Officer to join a growing HR team in a London University group. Offering a permanent contract, with hybrid working and a competitive salary.

Lead and oversee various HR operations within the organisation, including the end to end recruitment process.
Conduct on-boarding activities for new starters, within UKVI regulations. Inputting employee data into the relevant systems (ResourceLink).
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

prior experience in an HR role, and experience leading on recruitment processes.
experience working in the higher education sector.
In-depth knowledge of labour law, UKVI and HR best practices.
Experience using HRIS and and e-recruitment systems to input data and run reports - ideally ResourceLink.
