- Lead and oversee various HR operations within the organisation, including the end to end recruitment process.
- Conduct on-boarding activities for new starters, within UKVI regulations. Inputting employee data into the relevant systems (ResourceLink).
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- prior experience in an HR role, and experience leading on recruitment processes.
- experience working in the higher education sector.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law, UKVI and HR best practices.
- Experience using HRIS and and e-recruitment systems to input data and run reports - ideally ResourceLink.
