- Supporting clinicians and participants by streamlining their referrals
- Following up with stakeholders to obtain documentation required by the clinician such as standardised assessments, school visit forms, clinical reports
- Delivering therapy programs to participants under the direction of an allied health professional
- Being responsible for managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic processes in a timely manner
- Evaluating results of therapy by observing, noting, and evaluating participants progress, and implementing recommended adjustments and modifications

- Experience delivering Therapy Assistant services preferred but not essential
- Administration experience within a health and / or medical environment highly regarded
- Experience working in the NDIS sector is desirable but not essential
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite of programs
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
- Driver’s licence and full access to a reliable vehicle
- Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate degree in occupational therapy or speech pathology, OR have completed a Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance AND are midway through completion of a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
